What do a Kenner Police dog, a three legged dog, a picture of a pup with Santa, and a pile of presents for kids and women have in common?

All four are examples of Chateau Veterinary Hospital’s community service.

Kenner Police DogKenner Police Dogs:

Chateau Veterinary Hospital provides FREE care, including heartworm prevention, for all of Kenner’s Canine Unit. We are so proud to be able to keep our 4 legged officers healthy.

ScoutScout, one of our Angel Fund Recipients: (Scout formally known as Poppy)

Chateau Veterinary Hospital has an Angel Fund, in which we put money along with client donations. (Tax deductible for you!)  With that fund, we care for certain pets. Scout is our latest case. She was found tied behind an abandoned house in St. Bernard, with a severely injured front leg. The nerve damage to the leg would prevent her from ever using it again. We spayed her and amputated her leg and she has found her forever home. Your donations help us to help more animals.  Donate at: https://www.chateauvet.com/about-us/donate

Photos with Santa:  Christmas 2018

Chateau Veterinary Hospital hires a professional photographer and Santa and has a day for your pet (plus any people you want to include) for a donation. We cover all expenses so 100 percent of the proceeds go to an animal charity. This year it was Boxer Rescue, a local organization dedicated to “finding homes for refurbished (rescued) boxers.”

Metro Center (for women and children moving out of domestic abuse situations):    Christmas Metro

Chateau Veterinary Hospital is proud to fulfill the Christmas wish lists of several of the families that are living in the shelter or starting again in new housing. This nonprofit has ongoing needs. Please click on the link if you wish to help at any time. We will make sure all gifts are delivered to the Center.

Chateau Veterinary Hospital is a locally owned and operated clinic and we are proud to be able to help our community.
